Teenagers who do not sleep enough will have heart problems

Canadian scientists claim that their discovery has proved that teens who do not meet their needs with quality sleep after a certain period of time will have problems with the heart.
Researchers looked at 4,100 young people and it has been proved that they had not had enough sleep great opportunity to suffer from obesity and have a large amount of cholesterol in the blood.
All adolescents who were surveyed had been healthy, but those who sleep less have more opportunity than others to become sick.
Although the survey results do not directly show that heart problems associated with lack of sleep has been proven that people who do not sleep enough and more spend time sitting or lying down, which automatically affects blood pressure and in the accumulation of fat, it is still hurting heart.
According to doctors, people should think more about how to have a better quality sleep.
